The SEALS Franchise is a mobile, business-to-business service

The SEALS franchise was created to solve a recurring, compliance-driven challenge in the foodservice industry: worn or unsanitary gaskets, damaged hinges, and degraded door hardware that threaten temperature control, energy efficiency, and health inspection scores.

The concept began addressing these issues locally, then formally launched franchise development in 2019. By 2025, The SEALS became part of EverSmith Brands, a growth platform built to scale specialized service businesses with shared infrastructure in training, marketing, technology, supply chain, and national account development.

Unlike general repair contractors, The SEALS franchise is intentionally focused on recurring, route-based service. Commercial kitchens—from restaurants, grocery stores, and hotels to schools, stadiums, and healthcare facilities—are required to maintain properly sealed equipment like refrigerators, freezers, ovens, and steamers. When gaskets tear, warp, or accumulate mold, replacements must be done quickly to avoid product loss, energy waste, or failed health inspections.
